As a busy mom, I know how it feels to balance that double-edged sword of either missing a workout or feeling guilty about sacrificing quality time with your baby. That’s why when my own son was a baby, I began incorporating workouts into my routine that would allow me to couple with a little baby/mommy time. These mom and baby workout moves are simple and effective, and the only equipment you will need is your baby, a baby carrier, a yoga mat and your own body weight.
